This product will be delivered flat packed, and will require self assembly.
Assembly is straightforward, and you will receive full detailed instructions and all fixtures and fittings needed to get your product assembled quickly.
We do recommend assembling larger items with 2 people.

Essential and minimal shapes for an oven with a large cooking chamber of 80×45 cm on three levels. This oven come equipped with fan and lighting & a thermometer and timer. The doors of the Fornolegna are made of painted steel.
Our innovative dual chambered design directs heat from the fire chamber around the cooking chamber providing consistent and even temperature for optimal cooking. The convection controlled cooking chamber has multiple racks allowing you to cook several dishes at once.
The solid-weld construction uses 2.5 millimetre of 304 & 441 stainless steel reinforced with a 5-millimetre Corten steel panel and heavy-duty Cast Iron doors. This provides you with years of durable, rust-free performance.
A full 12 centimetres insulation surrounds the cooking chamber to maximise heat retention and cooking efficiency. This oven is so well insulated that the exterior is safe to the touch while at cooking temperature.
The smallest details can make a big difference. Fontana ovens include a stainless steel chimney damper & a sliding cooking chamber damper for maximum heat retention and precise temperature control. We electro-galvanize our metals before powder-coating, providing superb protection against corrosion.
