This product will be delivered flat packed, and will require self assembly.

Assembly is straightforward, and you will receive full detailed instructions and all fixtures and fittings needed to get your product assembled quickly.

We do recommend assembling larger items with 2 people.

Bellagio is the oven with generous dimensions, almost professional, perfect for lovers of Italian Food and cooking with family and friends. The 80×80 cm cooking surface allows cooking up to 5 pizzas comfortably and over 5 kg of bread.

Furthermore, the high thickness stainless steel vault allows to reach the high temperatures necessary for the cooking of a real pizza. (In a very short time and with very little wood). In addition, the cooking surface of the Bellagio Pizza oven which is 3 cm thick refractory material is there for the slow and delicate release of the heat as per tradition.

Above all, the massive insulation in ceramic fibre and natural rock wool allow to keep the temperature for a long time. This also reduces the wood consumption. The insulation at the base of the oven allows its positioning even on delicate materials without any risk.

The equipment is completed with a lid, with a large viewing window of the oven. This is there for the most comfortable cooking of all dishes such as roasts, bread, desserts; the handles in anti-scald material, and the thermometer for the most precise control of the cooking temperature.

In this version with the trolley, Bellagio offers a convenient closed compartment for containing wood. Above all, this Cart version not only looks smarter but also more convenient.
