One for those wanting something a little bit different. This playhouse can be a stable for your pony mad girls, a great sheriff's office or maybe a general store?

Your children can change their game every day with this distinctive playhouse. It has an all tongue and groove construction, fixed 'bar' style windows with matching stable door and a slatted veranda floor.

Please note: the 'JAIL' sign in the picture is not included. It is manufactured in T&G (shiplap) boards from high grade, slow grown, FSC approved, northern European pine.  The playhouse is supplied with a dip treated base coat preservative ready for you to top coat to your choice immediately on installation.

This playhouse requires self-assembly using the instructions supplied. It will require two people. Toys are not included. (Imperial dimensions are approximate to the nearest foot,  please refer to the exact metric dimensions given)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@gardenandpatio.co.uk. Please note that we will provide you with returns information upon your request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We charge a 5% return fee to cover administration and restocking costs.
